This year\u2019s Tour de Suisse had a different rhythm than usual. Instead of the classic eight-day format, the race was shortened to five stages, but it was no less demanding. From Sondrio to Villars-sur-Ollon, the peloton covered 633.5 kilometres, with varied stages, a time trial and a final mountain showdown. \n \nFor Primo\u017e, it was a race of finding rhythm, gaining racing kilometres and completing an important test ahead of the next part of the season. In the general classification, he finished 8th overall. \n \nThe opening stage already proved decisive for the general classification, as the group of favourites, including Primo\u017e, reached the finish more than four minutes behind. This significantly changed the course of the race on the very first day. In the following stages, Primo\u017e remained in contention for a strong overall result, without major shifts in the standings, but with calm and consistent racing that kept him among the broader group of riders fighting for a final top-ten finish ahead of the decisive weekend. \n \nThe final day brought the queen-stage finish in Villars-sur-Ollon. On a demanding mountain stage, Primo\u017e finished 14th on the day and moved up to 8th place overall. After a challenging start to the race, it was a solid end to the week and a result that showed Primo\u017e remained among the best, even in a race that did not unfold according to the ideal scenario. \n \nPrimo\u017e leaves Switzerland without a stage victory, but with another race in his legs, a place among the top ten and an important block of racing ahead of the next part of the season. \n \nWe ROG ON!<\/p>\n\n
