Young BMX talents achieve excellent results at the European Cup in Verona

At the end of March, the European Cup in BMX racing took place in Verona, where young riders from BXS Racing Team Maribor—supported by the Primož Roglič Foundation—also competed. The young athletes once again proved that with perseverance, dedication, and a love for sport, outstanding results can be achieved even in the youngest categories. The biggest success was achieved by Brina Frank, who secured an excellent 2nd place in the Girls Under 9 category. Jure Rakuša also came very close to the podium, finishing 4th among Boys Under 8. In a strong field of older competitors, Tija Frank competed in the Girls 11/12 category and finished in 14th place. The Primož Roglič Foundation proudly supports the development of young athletes and their first steps in competitive sport. These results confirm that Slovenian BMX has great potential, and above all, that young athletes—with determination and support from their environment—can achieve top-level results even at international competitions. Congratulations to all the competitors and the BXS Racing Team Maribor for their excellent performances and inspiring achievements.
