Delivery is carried out with Pošta Slovenije. Shipping cost is 12 EUR for most European countries. Shipping cost for other parts of the world (USA, Japan, Australia, Asia…) 20 EUR .

The following payment methods are available:

  • bank wire transfer
  • Paypal
  • credit card payments

When you place your order, we will automatically send you payment and delivery information via email. * VAT is calculated in prices. 

If the product does not suit you, product exchange is possible. You can return it to our address within 30 days of delivery, but before that please inform us at info@primozroglic.com. In email sent to us please provide us with order number.
 
The cost of return postage is paid by the costumer, if we sent you wrong item or sizing different that costumer ordered we cover return shipping expenses.
 
Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving of the notice of withdrawal. If you choose to get refund instead of exchanged items, purchase price is refunded only through a personal bank account. We do not pay out cash.

After placing the order, the buyer receives an e-mail notification with payment and delivery information. After receiving the order, we ship the goods in the shortest possible time.When package is sent, costumer is provided with tracking number, receipt is added to package when package is sent.
